Sell the trip, run the stay, win the next booking
One agentic AI operating system for the whole travel lifecycle: enquiries answered the minute they land, vouchers and itineraries in-thread, disruption handled before the phone rings, and every conversation kept on the brand’s number instead of a staff handset.
- Answered 24/7, every time zone
- Multilingual on one agent definition
- One number across every property
- Peak volume without peak hiring
- Every quote and policy on record
- PMS, channel manager and booking engine
Enquiry to Booking
The enquiry that arrives at 1am is answered at 1am
Most travel enquiries land outside office hours, from a phone, and convert for whoever replies first. An AI agent answers immediately with real availability and a real price — then hands your consultant a qualified traveller instead of a missed call and a name.
-
Availability and price, not a brochure
Room types, package inclusions, departure dates and fare rules answered against live inventory. The traveller gets a number they can act on while they are still interested, not a callback slot for Monday.
-
Multi-city and group itineraries quoted in-thread
Dates, party size, room configuration, meal plan and budget band captured conversationally, so a four-city itinerary or a twelve-room group request arrives costed rather than as a paragraph of free text.
-
Click-to-WhatsApp from every ad and listing
Meta and Google ads, your site, your OTA profile and your property QR codes all open the same thread. The traveller never fills in a form, and attribution follows them from first tap to deposit.
-
Abandoned bookings, recovered
Anyone who priced a trip and stopped gets a timed sequence with the same quote and a live payment link — not a generic newsletter three weeks after they booked elsewhere.
-
High-value trips reach a human early
Honeymoons, MICE, chartered groups and anything above a value threshold you set route to a named consultant with the whole thread and an AI summary already attached.

Pre-trip
Everything they need before they travel, where they will actually open it
Vouchers buried in an email thread become a front-desk problem on arrival and a support call the night before. Put confirmations, documents, payments and upgrades in the thread the traveller is already using, and the pre-departure week stops generating tickets.
Confirmations, vouchers and e-tickets
Booking confirmation, hotel voucher, e-ticket and day-by-day itinerary delivered as files in the thread, re-sendable on request without anyone searching an inbox.
Deposits, balances and instalments
A deposit link to hold the booking, a balance reminder before the due date, and instalment nudges that chase themselves — so nobody in reservations is manually chasing part-payments.
Visa and travel documents, chased automatically
Passport scans, photographs, visa forms and insurance details requested one at a time. Blurry, cropped or expired uploads are detected and re-asked, so the visa file is complete before the deadline rather than after it.
Upsells timed to intent, not to a blast
Seat selection, room upgrades, airport transfers, experiences and travel insurance offered at the moment they convert — after the booking is paid, before packing starts, and never to someone who already bought.
The pre-departure week, run by itself
- T−14 Balance due reminder with a payment link
- T−10 Visa and document file chased until complete
- T−5 Transfers, experiences and upgrades offered once
- T−1 Vouchers, pickup time and weather in one message
In-trip Service
Disruption handled before the front desk hears about it
A delayed flight becomes forty simultaneous phone calls, a queue at reception and a week of one-star reviews. Watch the feed, message everyone affected first, and give each traveller their own options in their own language — while your duty manager works the five cases that genuinely need a person.
- Detected, not reported
Flight status, gate changes and schedule shifts come in from your feed. Everyone on the affected booking hears it from you before they hear it from the airport board.
- Options, not apologies
Re-book alternatives, a late check-out, a held transfer or a moved excursion offered in-thread with a one-tap choice — so the traveller resolves it themselves at 2am without waiting for the desk to open.
- Routed to the right property
One brand number serves the whole estate. The thread lands with the property the guest is actually staying at — housekeeping, concierge, F&B or the duty manager — without the guest looking up a different number.
- Human at the threshold
Medical issues, missed connections, refunds, complaints and anything the agent is not confident about go to a named person with the full history and an AI summary already loaded.
In-stay requests — check-in and check-out, housekeeping, room service, spa and restaurant bookings, late checkout — run on the same thread, so the guest never has to work out who to contact.

RunningPost-trip & Repeat
Ask for the review at the right moment, and earn the trip after that
Acquisition in travel is expensive and repeat business is not. The difference is usually whether anyone follows up while the trip is still fresh — and whether the next offer knows where they went last time.
Reviews asked for while it is still fresh
The request goes out on the drive home, not a fortnight later — and only to guests whose stay had no open complaint. Happy guests get the review link; unhappy ones get a person.
Loyalty enrolment without a form
Membership offered in the thread at checkout, with the number already verified. Points balances, tier changes and member rates are then answerable on demand instead of buried in a portal login.
Seasonal campaigns that respect the calendar
Monsoon offers, festive packages, shoulder-season fills and flash inventory pushed to the segment they suit — with voice campaigns picking up the numbers that never open a message.
The next offer knows the last trip
Anniversary of a honeymoon, a family who books every October half-term, a diver who went to the Andamans — the whole history sits in one thread, so rebooking offers read as memory rather than as a mailing list.
Operations & Governance
Run it on the brand’s number, not on your staff’s phones
In most travel businesses the guest relationship lives on a consultant’s personal WhatsApp, and the record of what was promised lives nowhere. That is fine until a refund is disputed, a season ends, or the consultant leaves for a competitor.
The brand owns the conversation
Guest numbers, threads, quotes and documents live in the platform, not on a handset. When a consultant moves on at the end of the season, the guest book does not move with them.
One number, every property behind it
Route by property, region, brand or language, with each team seeing only its own queue. Guests message one number for the whole group and still reach the right front desk.
Cover the hours you cannot staff
Overnight enquiries, inbound guests in other time zones and the hour after a delayed landing are all answered. Voice agents pick up overflow when the reservations line is saturated.
What was quoted, and what was promised
Every quote, inclusion, cancellation term and goodwill gesture is retained with a timestamp. A disputed refund or a chargeback stops being one person’s memory against another’s.
Guest data handled properly
Passport and payment details can be masked in the console, in search and in exports, with role-based access controlling who sees what and every unmasking recorded against a named user.
Complaint themes before they are public
Conversational analytics clusters what guests are actually raising — a broken air-conditioner on one floor, a transfer partner running late, a confusing cancellation term — while it is still an internal trend and not a review score.
Catch the wrong answer before it becomes a one-star review
Reservations quality is usually checked by spot-listening to a handful of calls a month. CX Governance reads every chat and every call — flagging mis-quoted rates, cancellation terms stated wrongly, unanswered disruption messages and off-tone replies on the day they happen, with the exact line quoted.
Service quality All chat and voice conversations, last 7 days

Where the operating leverage shows up
- 65–80%of routine pre-trip and in-stay requests resolved without reaching an agent
- Under 1 minfirst response on out-of-hours enquiries, against hours or a next-morning callback
- 15–25%of abandoned bookings recovered by a timed sequence with a live quote
- 100%of chats and calls scored for rate accuracy, policy and tone
Illustrative ranges modelled on common deployment patterns for this class of workflow. They are not measured results from a named customer, and your own numbers will depend on channel mix, season, property type and how much automation you already run.
Questions from revenue, IT and operations
The objections we get asked first
Short answers here; your systems and operations teams get the full integration and security pack during evaluation.
Does this connect to our PMS, booking engine and channel manager?
Three ways, usually combined. APIs and webhooks move events both directions — booking created, payment received, room assigned, stay closed. AI agents call your systems as tools at conversation time, so an availability answer or a folio balance is read live from the system of record rather than a nightly copy. And the Embedded SDK drops the unified inbox inside the tool your reservations team already works in. GDS and channel-manager connectivity is handled through the same integration layer; which specific connectors you need is a scoping conversation, and we will tell you plainly if one is out of scope rather than promise around it.
We run twelve properties under three brands. Can one number serve all of them?
Yes, and you can also run a number per brand if the guest-facing identity matters. Routing is by property, region, brand, language or booking reference, and each team sees only its own queue while group-level reporting still spans the estate. A guest who messages the group number about a stay in Goa reaches the Goa desk without looking up a different number.
Which languages can the agents actually handle?
Chat and voice agents operate across major Indian and international languages, and one agent definition serves all of them — you write the property knowledge, rate rules and tone once rather than maintaining a script per language. Quality scoring runs on the transcript in-language, so a mis-quoted rate in Bahasa or a curt reply in German surfaces the same way an English one does.
What happens when volume triples in peak season?
That is the case this is built for. Agents answer concurrently, so a festive-week spike or a flash sale does not create a queue, and the work that does need a human arrives pre-qualified with the context attached. The practical constraint is your fulfilment capacity, not your ability to reply — which is the opposite of the usual peak-season problem.
Will WhatsApp approve templates for travel content?
Outbound templates go through Meta’s approval process, and the platform manages submission, versioning and rejection reasons in one place. Transactional travel content — confirmations, vouchers, itinerary changes, balance reminders — is well-established. Promotional content has real constraints around opt-in and frequency, so the approval step runs before submission. In practice that means fewer rejections and a documented trail of what was live when.
Most of our bookings come through OTAs and we do not own the guest’s contact details. Does this still help?
It helps in a narrower but valuable way. You cannot message a guest you have no consented contact for, and we will not pretend otherwise. What you can do is capture the direct relationship at the touchpoints you do own — the pre-arrival email you are permitted to send, the QR code at check-in, the in-room card, the post-stay review request — and run everything from arrival onwards on your own thread. Over a season that converts a meaningful share of OTA-sourced guests into direct, contactable ones for the rebooking.
Does this replace our reservations team and front desk?
It changes what they spend the day on. Routine enquiries, document chasing, voucher re-sends and status questions stop reaching them; complex itineraries, group business, service recovery and anything with a person upset at the other end still go to a human — but arrive with the full history, an AI summary and a drafted reply. Teams typically end up doing more selling and less retyping, rather than getting smaller on day one.
